Based on a book by Shirley Braswell
It was the end of 2019. Bread of Life Fellowship, currently called Relevant Word church, in Warner Robins Georgia had completed its Thanksgiving ministry of giving to the needy and was anxiously looking forward to much anticipated Christmas celebrations. Traditionally, at the end year, churches begin looking forward to the dawning of a brand-new year. Ministries all over the world began praying and believing God for miracles and greater blessings in the New Year. Members of our church arose early on New Year’s Day to bless the homeless with large bags filled with nonperishable items. It was a blessed day. The event was organized and headed by Evangelist Christine Williams. The bags were to be taken to different corners of the city where she knew the homeless would frequent. Although invited, this population would not come to the church for food, so we had to take the food to them. Little did we know that less than thirty days later we would be concerned about the severity of what was about to happen. The Lord began to reveal to His people that this was indeed something much different. All of the things that church families held dear.
